How are my planners downloaded?

Digital listings are instant download products, no physical items are shipped. Your purchased files will be available to download immediately once payment is confirmed, and you'll also receive an email with a link to download.

Print colour accuracy

We strive to provide you with the best images and descriptions, but unfortunately cannot guarantee that colours and details in listing images are 100% accurate due to the fact that they may display differently on each monitor.

Digital file(s) refunds and exchanges

Due to the digital nature of our products, returns will not be accepted unless refund requests meet our refund policy criteria. However, with all purchases will try our best to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Copyright and terms of use

All digital products are copyrighted by Planner Mum and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared for any reason. You may use these products for your own personal business and clients but you may not re-sell products individually or in a bundle. You accept these terms and conditions by purchasing file(s).

Are your designs unique?

All products have been created and designed by Planner Mum and are for personal use only and cannot be used commercially or be resold/redistributed.
